Morong Beach is the most popular beach in Sabtang, Batanes. For those not so familiar with the geography of the Philippines, Batanes Province is located at the northmost part of the Philippines. According to 2010 census, there are only 7, 900+ people living in the province.

Morong Beach is the most photogenic beach in Batanes. Among all the beaches in the province, Morong Beach is the calmest. The waves are not so big good enough for a swim. The sand is fine enough to walk barefoot along the long stretch beach.

The iconic “arch” beside the beach made it more popular.

The arch is known as the Mahayaw Arch or also popular as “Nakabuang Arch”. It is an amzing arch created by nature. This is the place where most tourist stop by and take some interesting pictures.

If you are not in a hurry. Better stop by at Mahayaw Arch. It’s a place you should not miss upon visiting. Also don’t forget to take some photos.

Morong Beach is a long stretch beach with fine sand that you can actually reach the end in few minutes. It’s a good for a walk and have some conversation with friends and enjoy the views.
