Alona beach has clear waters and white sand. It is really perfect for snorkeling.

Panglao Island is really beautiful although some accommodations and food are bit overpriced. This place is getting crowded too due to many opening restaurants, bars, and resorts.

How to get to Tagbilaran?
Catch up air flights bound to Tagbilaran (Tagbilaran is the capital city of Bohol). Please also take note that airlines in Tagbilaran serve only Tagbilaran – Manila route.
If you are from Cebu, there are fast boats going to Tabilaran around Php 600.00 for a 2- hour ride.
How to get to Panglao Island?
From Tagbilaran, you can take a van, taxi or tricycle going to Panglao Island. Taxi and van rates are around ~Php 500.00. It is wiser to take down tricycle rides and do you haggling skills to drop down the price ~Php 250.00 or less.
